1 Information
Microsoft Game Studios (now Xbox Games Studios) has a history of formulating and documenting various types of detailed manuals and help reference files for many video game titles they have published. These files are usually provided as an integral part of the official game files inside CD in different formats.
Urban Assault is not an exception. A comprehensive compendium of Help section is available as a part of the official Urban Assault game data, where the most important and essential information about the game are professionally documented.
This article does not cover the official Microsoft Urban Assault strategy guidebook.
2 Overview
The Help files contain numerous essential and fundamental information about the game in a highly accessible and organised manner. However, some Help sections may not be fully up to the date relative to the final release version of the game (Vehicle & Building sections in particular).
Nonetheless, the official Help files are the primary official source of the core game knowledge and information. Therefore, it is highly recommended to check the help files in conjunction to this UA Wiki for the best information.
3 Accessing the Help Files
The official Urban Assault Help can be accessed from the game's Main Menu screen, or by pressing Help button (default: F1) during the gameplay. The individual help files may be also opened directly from the game's directory. The Help is not available during multiplayer.
Important Note: The Help button does not currently work in OpenUA and pressing the Help buttons inside the game will not work. This issue will be fixed in the future version.
The official Urban Assault Help section is now fully online and directly available on this website as well:
